Every message gets read. Write about the food and you are writing to whoever edits the page you are writing about.
Email [email protected]. Good things to send:
- A correction. If a quantity, time, or step looks off, point to the recipe and the line and say what happened in your pot. Corrections are the most useful mail this site gets.
- A recipe request. Tell us the dish and how your family usually makes it.
- A pork-free swap that worked for you, and what it changed about the dish.
- A pantry item you found that hides pork, so we can add it to the list of traps.
There is no support desk behind that address, so replies are not instant and we are not going to quote you a response time we cannot keep. Everything gets read. If a correction turns out to be right, fixing the page comes first, so you may well see the recipe change before any reply reaches you.
We do not sell products, run ads, or take sponsorships, so please skip the marketing, guest post, and link-exchange pitches. Those go unanswered. Thekitchen notes page explains what this site publishes, what it refuses, and how it is funded. For everything about the actual cooking, we would love to hear from you.
